What model is the watch pictured below? The back says D13022 221 but when I google that I don't get anything that matches.

By any chance, do you know how much it is worth?

The model is "Fake Old Navitimer" worth about $50 on a good day. Sorry to have to be the bearer of bad news if you have acquired this.

how can you tell its fake?

Dials, slide rule, markers, bracelet etc etc.. everything. If you compare this one with a genuine navitimer photo you can see the differences easily since this one is a poor fake.

You have your answer in my PM but for the forum its obviously a fake. Sorry to have to break the news. Strange how one can never get a clear well focused shot of a fake watch.
