You'd have to speak to your local watchmaker I think. There might be a Longines catalog of parts available. Longines is still in business so it is probably easier than say it would be for Gruen. Companies like S. Larose or Ofrei might also be able to help.
However I wouldn't worry that much about the condition of the hands on a 50 year old watch. Maybe it's just dirt that could be cleaned off.
