Sicura Pocket Watch from 'Once Upon A Time in America'

I was recently watching the old gangster film 'once upon a time in america', i had never seen the film before yet i felt i recognised the pocket watch in the film that James wood's character has when he meets robert deniro's character as young kids, and then in the final scenes of the film. I then realised i have the exact same watch that i got from my grandfather who died before the film was even made. So it cant just be some movie replica.
The make says 'Sicura' on the face and the front of the watch casing is a widefowl scene of a dog in some long grass barking up at a flying duck, exactly the same as the one in the the film. I dont know anything about watches but after having made this connection i started to wonder if it is indeed worth anything?

At the bottom the lettering either side of the 6 reads 'swiss made'
