Yesterday my partner and I paid a visit to one of my favourite watch dealers here in Sydney. They had just started to sell the Fortis watches a few weeks ago.
I spotted this great ONE-HANDED Limited Edition B-42 desigined by Swiss Architect Rolf Sachs. Its no.73/300 made.
Well, my dealer made me an offer I couldn't refuse and I'm lucky I've got a very understanding and supportive better half who "gets" my watch obsession. (Our birthdays are soon--within three days of each other, and I bought her the Oris Miles she loves as well...).
I've always admired the Meistersinger one-handed models, but I found their styling a bit "dressy" or something like that for my tastes. The Fortis B-42 is one of my favourites and the one hand concept is quirky, but different!
