A lot is said here about what watch maker is the best. I feel, both from my own business and my dealings with others, that the company is only as good as it serves it's customers. A bad BMW is only bad if the dealership will not stand behind it and make it right.
My 5 month old Colt Chrono just stopped dead two and a half weeks ago. My Nav. was in having a look at the accuracy/power reserve as I didn't feel it was all within spec's. My AD felt very bad, my sales person, we have gotton to know each other on a first name basis, called me and said he would take care of it. Today I got the call that my Colt was back from BUSA, 2 1/2 weeks from the day I dropped it off. Perfect condition and in this realy nice case.
I am sure there are other fine Companies out there but this one stood behind me and that is all I can ask for.
