Has anyone compared an old sturmanskie with the 40anniversary remake? Is the size and house correct? I´ve seen on pictures that the hands and crown differs somewhat.

Incorrect, if you mean Levenbergs 40 Aniversary creation

The 30 Aniversary Poljot Remake is much more close to the original...

Is that watch especially created by/for Levenberg? Apart from the hands, what's wrong about it?

Eventhough it's quartz? I assume the 40 is handwind?

Would like to have one of these myself, but finding a good vintage one is pretty difficult and I have often wondered about the originality of the remakes as well.

I havej two versions of this movement. A Moscow watch has a 16 jewels version, and a Pobeda has 17 jewels like this one. I assume the 16 jewels is an earlier one. Am I right?

No it was not created for Levenberg - it is/was available from other sources too. There's nothing wrong with it. The hands just look different. It's handwound. I love mine :-)

Just received an Email from Levenberg
and he confirms that the "Sturmy" remake is a creation from him.

I had to ask because I was wondering why he took those hands...
It was a question of money because the one he took are standard hands.
