pilot pro VS. B-42 pilot pro question....

does anyone happen to know if the _crystal diameter on the B-42 pilot pro (or non-bezel equipped models) is larger than the diameter of the crystal on the pilot pro?


i know the pilot pro has a 40mm _case_....and the B-42 pilot pro has a 42 mm case but what of the crystal diameter?

i'd assume it's the same diameter to save having to make two different crystals.....so each would have the same viewing aperture.

anyone?


i ask cause i want to a B-42 pilot pro but.....if the view is the same.....then it's just a few minor details i'll have to decide between.

The dial and crystal on the Pilot Pro looks like it is larger than the dial and crystal on the B-42 Pilot Pro. The B-42 case shows a lot more metal around the dial.

The sapphire crystal on the new Pilot Pro does not have anti-reflective coating either
