By the way I caught a great tip for getting rid of scratches on brushed bracelets. use a green nylon washing up scrubber (long strokes).

It works a treat and the BBs clasp and bracelet are now like new.

Have you been caught off guard by the change of seasons and the end or beginning of daylight saving.... I won't begin to try to describe the mess we endure down under in this regard....

I forgot to ask... watch-U-wearing???

I love clock changing time, especially in the autumn: darker evenings, onset of winter, Christmas:-!, but best of all, I love just flicking the crown of the B-1 and watching the hand move by itself. This year I 'practised' a couple of times. Changed it on the Sunday. Did it again a few times at work to show people. I never tire of it, even if they do!

As soon as Breitling designs a watch with DLC I'll be sure to run to my AD. I'm a HUGE believer of DLC because it is virtually scratch-proof. Don't try this on a non-DLC watch!

Recycled to a second week? Cool, caught it when I stopped in.... AND, when I was actually wearing a Breitling! Must confess, I now officially have too many watches.... purchased a second 10 place watch box, and it's over half full. The first one is half full of Doxa's fer cryin' out loud!

Today, the Chrono Avenger (still my favorite!) gets some much deserved wrist time ;-).

I'd love to post a pic but the camera is US ATMO:roll: but a 2002 CA M-1 grey dial is adorning the left wrist as the Mrs Portzed has just noticed another dink in the stairway walls:oops: so there you go.... the CA claims more victory over the plaster walls.

Looks like I'm not on a "promise" tonight...unless I find my plastering skills pretty darned quick.......no marks on the M-1 body or braceletb-)

This week for me it is the Chrono Avenger, I tend to do a week about, last week was my Khalif, week before was the Colt, but my CA is like an old friend, you don't realise you miss it until it's there in front of you.

Maybe, just maybe, I'll keep it out of the box for two weeks........................................

stef, this is one of the only references to a rotary khalif on the net so i thought i'd ask what you know.i've got a khalif (with a white face) still got the box and all the papers .so staight to the point is it worth anything and if it is where can i find a buyer? its just sitting in my drawer gathering dust.
