What information From Breitling's serial number?

I tried to search this online but quite surprisingly didn't find useful information of Breitling watches...

My B's number is 600818... I was hoping if I could find some information such as production date or model etc.

Is there some useful source on this?

It is an Aerospace previous model, ----I took hundreds of pics(including some magnified one with my microscope)

I will post the pics few days later after i upload them into my computer
