What makes you think the price is too low? 136 Euros is about $202 US Dollars. That actually sounds kind of expensive for a prg80. Here (http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?p=285381) is a thread selling one for much less.

Just by the pic on the auction (which looks like some kind of stock photo) it matches a real world example found on a sales thread on this board:
