Hi Chaps back in the fold with a very nice two tone Chronomat dating from 1998 where is the best place to get a full service should I need it please.:-)

Hi,
You can either take it into any Breitling Dealer who will be happy to send it to Breitling for the estimate and service, or you can send it direct to the service centre.
Personally I have always let the AD do all the hassle and that way you havnt got to rely on the Great British Postal System !!

===I agree - and I suspect that Breitling might get to it more quickly from an AD than from an individual. But either way, I'd rather let the AD pack and ship it!

I send it directly to BUSA. I figure if I go through the AD he has to ship it and then call me on its' return and then I have to get over there to pick it up.
I don't think BUSA takes any longer on a privately sent repair. I've found commnunication to be very good and service time to vary with the type of repair taking anywhere from 2-12 weeks.
