Airmail to Australia

Hi Guys, Excellent website! I've been lurking around here for a few months and finally decided to Join.

Im curious to see fellow members experience with Russian Airmail to Australia. I've placed an order from Meranom which seems to have been held up in Spain since the 11th Feb. Prior to this the tracking for my parcel was updating almost daily, but hasnt moved since then. Anyone else had a similar experience? Should I be worried?

I've had international parcels take three weeks to get to Australia and then take another two to escape from customs. 99% of them take seven to ten days.

Don't worry too much, I'm sure it will reach you safely.

Live in Sydney too and find that parcels take an average of 3 weeks to get here.
I magically got an early '60s Poljot alarm this morning, in an amazing 15 days! The parcel came from the Czech Republic. I have a couple of parcels due in from the Ukraine which have yet to arrive despite being delivered several days earlier to the Czech delivery.
Just have to wait. I am prepared to give it 4 week max.

Zenitar seems to have friends in high places, as he is very fast. Stuff from the Ukraine is 4 weeks on average. Especially in the northern winter.

In the same bucket. Bought a K-34 from Meranom which was shipped on the 29th form some small town. On the 6th the last entry says it was shipped to Aus from Moscow & thats it. Called Aus Post & they because this is a regular post (should have known free postage wold be this), this would take 10 business days. Considering today is the 9th bus day, hopefully I'll hear something soon...

Oh this doesnt sound good. Atleast yours was on route to Australia. Here is a screen shot of the Russian post tracking. I beleive its heading to Spain anyone able to confirm?

Ok guys, I got in touch with Meranom, it seems i was given the incorrect tracking number!
