    Commemorative Poljot 1945-1975

Catched this Poljot with the nice and relatively rare 2616, 30 Jewels Movement.
According to Christoph Lorenz, of these 30 jewels, 12 jewels were used for the selfwinding mechanism!

Works perfect, cosmetic condition is not amazing but altogether good.

    Greetings
    Phil

Phil, you are unsatisfiable The watch looks in excellent conditions to me. That watch is already rare in normal version, even more in that celebrative version, and considering the lower reliability in comparison with other Poljot movements, it's also a great thing to find one in fully working conditions. Consider also that the watch was listed as defective...
I cried warm tears when i lost it that's one of the most fascinating Russian vintages that i have seen.

I am really sorry for that ... but I also liked it very much (same taste) so my bid was probably higher than one from Petemonk

I did not knew that these movements are less reliable, interesting

If i'm not wrong, Chascomm or some other members said that some time ago.
And i guess that that movement it's more "sensible", not less reliable.
