Comments on this ? zakaz sub komandirskie

    Hi once again,

I've just picked this up from ebay and may have taken a chance, but to me it looks complete.

I was initially after one of these Sub design komandirskie's but it appears to be a zakaz from the ebay pic. I have not got the watch as yet and this is the listing pic.

Does it look original to your trained eyes? my only area where I would be unsure is the bezel.

Any advice you can give and a possible age ?1980's would be a great help. More pics when i get it delivered.

    Many thanks, Rich.

In my opinion, the watch should be original in every part (of course i'm taking about the "face", if you can, please post a pic of the caseback ). I have exactly the same 3AKA3 model. Extremely diffused in normal version, quite rare as 3AKA3. Your watch was not green in origin, it's born as blue, but it turned green during the years.

3AKA3 Komandirskie in those versions (tank, paratroopers, U-boot, etc.) have often a dot on the seconds hand, but that one is right too.

Thanks Michele and vejarmr2 for your kind input.

Not a bad find then. Looking forward to having it delivered, hopefully tomorrow, then I will take some more pics and one of the caseback for your perusal.
