Question Dial variants for Poljot "stadium" watches

    Hi,

I've developed a passion for Poljot "stadium" watches, I can hardly resist any I spot for sale...

Does anyone know what dial colors they where produced with? I've seen two-colored variants in brown and blue, as well as singe colored ones in black and blue. Today I also spotted one with a silver striped dial - which looked nice - but is it real?

    Thanks!

    Nice!

These two are my latest "sins"...

    Two-tone blue dial:

    Grey-silver stripes:

Both are in transit, so we'll see when they arrive if they are genuine or not. It's always exciting to see what's really in the packages

Malakim - I'm strangely fascinated by them, too. Tricky to find in good condition as the chrome usually wears round the back. I have a grey/brown one. Would love a classic blue with the rays round the edge. I've definitely seen a green dial, possibly with a gold case. Have you seen the Luch? (quartz I think) - very similar and looks great.

No, I have not - didn't know there was a Luch in this shape as well. Do you have, or know where to find, pictures?

I've seen a few green Chaika stadium watches, but no Poljot that I can think of.

Agreed that the stadium-shaped cases are hard to find in decent condition. They seem to be very susceptible to scratches and wear.

The only one I can find is this on the Bay. 190416688672

    Looks good, IMHO.

You're right - my memory was wrong about the green one - it was the Chaika I'd seen.

Never seen that one before - but like you say it looks good
$75 is a bit out of my budget at the moment, though.
