Very appealing-looking watch but is it all Russian? Is this one with dual movements, quartz and mechanical? If so, what is the mechanical movement and do you have movement shots?

The mechanical movement is believed to be quartz and made by citizen, whilst the digital movement is Integral. The watch was produced in the Integral factory in Belarus.
