Did you ever get your watch back? They have had my Vostok for two months and have ignored all my emails and phone calls. I'm debating filing a USPS mail fraud claim against them at this point.
Just read the other thread and this is troubling. Does russia2all own watch-o-mat? I was planning on buying my next one from russia2all to support US based sellers even though they are more expensive. Also read about some threads about poor communication as well. Having second thoughts now.

do you think we need to let Craig at russia2all know this?
I gave a call to russia2all but didn't get an answer. I would be happy just talking to someone, even if they say 'it's going to be another month before we can look at it, we are backlogged.'
I sent a 24 hour Volmax Aviator to Watch-o-mat a few months ago, it was under Russia2All warranty. After a couple of months I contacted R2A to ask what was up, then suddenly the watch was fixed (although not really, I still have problems with it).
Craig said they send it back to the factory anyway and if I recall, I think he said he's looking for a new repair center. I wish them good luck finding somebody in the U.S. who 1. has the desire; 2. has the knowledge; and 3. can handle the volume.
This is why I buy my Russian watches from Irina at Vostok-watches.com, the forum sponsor.
I'd rather send them back to Germany and I have done so on 2 occasions and get super-fast repair service and great assistance from Irina -- and the prices are better. I believe her watchmaker she works with will also repair Russian watches not purchased from them or out of warranty, and if I ever have one like that, I would definitely ask her first.

Too many watches, only two wrists and never enough time...
Hello everyone,
Please allow me to clarify a couple of things. Russia2all does not own Watch-O-Mat. They are a contract service of ours. That said, the delays are not the fault of Watch-O-Mat. In order to ensure the best possible service in terms of the watches actually being repaired, we have been sending them to the manufacturers for repair. This does take longer but there are less likely to be repeat problems. Or, at least that was our goal.
We are working on improving the speed of this process and I apologize if the communication has been imperfect. If we can't speed this up, then we will have to return to having the watches fixed here in the US. We just liked the comfort of knowing the manufacturers were repairing their own watches.
As to Irina, I would never, ever say anything negative about her and her service is indeed impeccable. Of course, she is less expensive outside the EU because of the removal of the VAT for customers outside the EU. She has no choice but to do this and it is out of everyone's control. Unfortunately, that puts us at a disadvantage, but so it goes. Volmax watches, for those in the USA, Canada and the Caribbean, are supposed to only be sold by us now. This is a strict rule we now follow to the letter for other countries with distributors, so we are hopeful others are as well.
Again, I apologize for the problems with repairs. Please do not blame Watch-O-Mat. The bulk of the issues are out of their control.
thanks,
Craig
