    First Russian Day-Date Chrono !

just a short post because I am really busy right now

Looks like the first real Russian (no ETA) Day-Date with Month Chrono.
I hope that this Modification will bring some quite interesting new Designs.

Movement is called 31777 Maybe I can get some more information later at the Baselworld

    Very complicated.

This movement opens the way for more interesting designs that we are not accustomed to see on Russian watches. I will patiently wait for your beautiful pics of Baselworld.

It's good to see that the imminent introduction of the 30664 auto chrono has not ended the development work on the old 3133 Triple-date/moonphase on a chrono! Well done Maktime.

Probably the most radical modification based on the 3133, since its launch many decades ago.

That calendar layout, if done in serious way, must be equipped with quick-setting system to set day, date and month.

If instead it's a system similar to the Poljot 26669 (two different "back and forward" ranges of hour to set day and date turning the hands), it will be a nightmare to set, and very threatening for the life of the cannon pinion.

I think that Maktime could also make room in the zone of the V-shaped bridge and install a microrotor...

It would need a pretty heavy rotor to crank that big mainspring. Depleted uranium perhaps?
