Here it is, a Slava ghost watch considered to be a catalog error.
It's missing the autowind mechanism (removed, sadly), but the dial signature is obvious, this is a 31-jewel Slava!

Great! I really like such surprises. Could you show a picture of the movement - even without the rotor.
You obviously have a lucky hand with Slava. Maybe you will be able to find this strange animal, whose past existence also seems problematic. Source - Rastafar80 web page (Êîëëåêöèÿ ÷àñîâ ÑÑÑÐ :: USSR watches collection :: Èíôîðìàöèÿ).

The movement looks exactly like a 2427 with an unmounted winder (two additional jewels and some screw holes). I will open it when i can, but my Chineese opener has fallen apart (and it was dangerous anyway) .
And the one you've shown - I know this one, but no luck so far :)

Just found this on a Hungarian web site. Looks like a NOS Soviet-era Slava with 31 jewels movement (31 köves means 31 jewels, doesn't it?). Maybe some Hungarian colleague could check?
