How can I solve this issue my Vostok Komandirskie is having?

Hello, I've bought this watch around 3 months ago after 1 month of winding the watch, I've noticed it was delaying by 5 seconds or so (which didn't bother me), but 2 months later, my watch began to delay by 3 minutes. Is there anyway to fix this issue (I've lost the warranty paper). I've seen somewhere on the web you can tweak something with some teweezers and a watch opening tool. Any ideas or tips would be helpful, thanks.

this image may also help, there's nothing wrong if you want to learn, experiment and do it your self... but do it with the correct tools to avoid damage to any part of your watch and most important to avoid injuries.

REMEMBER, tiny displacements of the lever may result in big loss/gain of time, so do it little by little, just give a mild touch on the desired direction and wait some hours to see how much you are gaining/loosing. This lever is quite soft or easy to move let's say, so prepare your hand and fingers to give just a nice and super soft push.
