That's an unusual case for a Raketa. That dial (with the "red dot" day indicator) is fairly common (I have a couple, but not in that case).

As for water resistance: most Raketa's have big clearances around the crown in order to let the water back out again; that's about the best one can say.

The lugs will probably be 18mm if it's a Raketa case (a few were 16mm, but that case looks like an 18mm)
