Komandirskie helicopter question?

Hi!

This one arrived today. The dial (according to the seller) says that its from a helicopter factory.
Itīs an interesting dial with no markings under number 6 index together with the case back without numbers! It
must be under the transition period 1992-1994?

So here are the questions:

1. Is there any more forum members that have this dial/case back combo. (no markings under number 6 index. No marking on the case back).

2. Would be grateful if any Russian member could translate the dial.
