Well I'd certainly say it wasn't from that era, the outside of the case looks in too good condition and so does the dial. The metal around the outer part of the dial does look old/worn but it could just be pixelated artefacts from a very bad digital camera picture enlarged.
I would agree with JRMTactical that if the seller says it's from 1959 then it doesn't add up. Bear in mind that nearly all watch sellers on eBay also call them "Vintage" even with quartz watches.
Molnija usually have their name written on the dial but not always but I do see the logo. They also usually have USSR or Made in USSR at 6 o'clock which this watch doesn't have (either in English as an export) or in Russian.
I think if it was from 1959 there would be a lot more wear on the outer side of the case. It looks more like a 1980 or 1990's version.
If you're after a full hunter pocket watch then I would look at the Grouse or KGB or Ural watches from the 1990's, they're pretty much all in good condition and can be found on eBay.

Looks like a standard Molnija from 1980s, but I think the hands were replaced recently. I have seen similar hands on several refurbished pocket watches in Bulgaria (and i am not sure if Molnja had models with lumed hands). Anyway, the replaced hands might be a sign that the movement had suffered a lot in the past.
Totally bogus description.
It looks much more like a ZIM-Pobeda pocket watch (1970/80s). I recognize the case pattern, and of course the subdial is at 6 'o clock (on Molnija it should be at 9 'o clock).
The frankenmaker added a Shturmanskie-style dial and pilot-style hands to make it more attractive.
Mission failed.
