That's a quite rare case. Those crown guards are not very common - they were used also on a watch supposedly used by the Russian troops in Kosovo (
BKC MO Poccnn ), however the voices date back to 2003-2004 (before the 2006 forum crash) and they must be taken as totally unconfirmed.
Anyway, that's another transition model - big crown from the '80s Komandirskie, caseback from the mid '90s, bezel from Generalskie (and later Komandirskie) hand-winding models. The back is of course stainless steel, the case is brass, coated with titanium nitride.
