New Vostok arrived - unusual dial - more info ?

I received this Vostok automatic komandirskie today :

Have you ever seen this unusal dial ? It doesn't display the vostok logo, only "komandirskie" in russian. Something interesting that I have not on my modern komandirskie : the lumed points at 12,2,4,6,8,10 are round but with a star embossed on them (barely visible on picture but visible anyway). Have you an idea of its age ? I suspect the pinky areas were red some times ago ?

Also the case is not strictly silver/steel colors but shows a yellowish/goldish tint. Is it some patina or was done one purpose ?

    Any info appreciated :)

Doubt it's automatic with that flat back. Should have 17 jewel Vostok 2414 hand-wind. Dial not that uncommon. That's a Russian flag formed by the jet exhaust so it's post-soviet. I'm not familiar enough with the watch to comment on the stars on the lume dots. May have been added by former owner. A better picture would help.

Finish is a commonly use Vostok alternative to chrome-plated brass, TiN: Titanium nitride - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

    Hope that will help some.

Oh, I would guess mid-'90s for age.

Thank you. For the automatic : it was sold as mechanical, but I was surprised to see the seconds hand running after a few shakes, so I thought it may be an auto. Anyway I was able to hand wind. I haven't opened the case.

I believe Schnurrp answered everything ...
Itīs normal for mechanical watches to start ticking after a bit of shaking, but its only cause hairspring and the balance wheel start moving, but for short,if not wound.
    Definitely not automatic.
Iīve never seen the stars on the lume dots on komandirskies, i must admit, but itīs a pretty nice touch.
    Enjoy your watch!
    Cheers
