    Newbie's first Slava mistake

I recently purchased a Slava Sozvezdie from a Ukrainian ebay seller that, I have come to discover a little too late, is notorious for selling Chinese fakes. I have also learned that Slava Sozvezdies are not Slavas at all but Chinese imitations. If I had found this site before I bought it, I would not have done so, and now I am flirting with leaving negative feedback (I have never done this before) for the benefit of other unsuspecting buyers. My question for you is: is this watch worth keeping? It is huge and heavy, and the winding mechanism has a strange rattle compared with my old Vostok Komandirskiy, which is completely silent. However, it really looks nice.

I sent numerous personal messages to that guy informing him that he was selling fakes, what outraged me the most was that he seemed to know he was selling fakes and did nothing about it.

I reported some of his fake sales to Ebay(we all know what Ebay is like though, turn a blind eye as long as they can make a profit).

If I had found this site before I bought it, I would not have done so, and now I am flirting with leaving negative feedback (I have never done this before) for the benefit of other unsuspecting buyers.
File a complaint with Ebay and get your money back and then leave a negative informing others of his fake watches(I assume you talking about that UkranianSale fellow).

My question for you is: is this watch worth keeping?
It depends on who you ask, if it were me, most definitely not. I dont really care for poor quality imitation watches(although some people do).

I wouldn't say throw it away...perhaps sell it of, but correctly representing it as a non-russian watch. Perhaps someone who just wants an affordable beater would take it and put it to good use.

Sad thing is, he's got 100% pos. feedback except for a couple neutrals. Alot of people getting fakes and have no clue.
