Running too fast... Strela 3017

Good evening to every one,

I have a Strela which runs too fast by 40 minutes per 15h.
Do you have an idea of what is going wrong with it? The spirale?

the first thing I would try is demagnetize the spirale. Every watchmaker can do in five minutes, sometimes without dismount the watch,
with a particular tool.
There is the possibility to build yourself a demagnetizer, with an A.C. transformer (on the web you can find a lot of infos simply googling "homemade DEMAGNETIZER" and you can try to be "wile coyote for one day!!!").

Or maybe could be oil on the spirale that sticks itself.

Anyway, ask to your watchmaster. Surely there is not a difficult matter.
