thats a Vostok amphibia antimagnetic 200m diver watch with manual 2409 movement. the face its probably losee becouse some of the 2 screws that hold the movement to the ring, are bit unscrewd, did the watch works? did you uncrew the crown and tryed to wind it?
it works... i pulled the crown and wound it up and it kept pretty good time actually. The hour and minute hands are a bit out of sync though.

To add to what overakias said, type 470 soviet-era (made before '92 probably mid to late '80s) Vostok amphibian. Made for domestic market. thus cyrillic writing on the dial and case back. All stainless steel construction except for the bezel which is chrome plated brass.
