    A Strela in Kansas!

Well, it arrived yesterday. I've wanted one of these since I first saw one. I think it is one of the most Beautiful watches I've ever seen. It is so similar to my Omega Speedmaster Pro, but it looks so much more elegant. I just love everything about it, and can't keep from looking at it about every 5 minutes Sorry for the bad picture, but it's about 27 degrees outside, and I wasn't wearing any shoes, so it was a quick shot. I see now why everyone likes these so much. I don't think I've ever been so happy getting a watch, as I am with this one.

    That is really nice Sonny.

You are rapidly becoming a bracelet man. Funny because I think I am starting to switch over to a few straps.

    Happy Thanksgiving.

    Thanks Steve and Marc
It's really a dingy day here. Tuesday it was 81 and today it's 30! Of course Marc knows how the weather goes here
Marc, I actually bought this from another forum member, and it had the bracelet on it. If I would have purchased it new, I probably would have went for the strap. The bracelet is really nice though, I've never had one that works quite like it does. I'll probably in a week or two look for a strap for it.
I've had it now for about 24 hours, and I still can't stop looking at it. It also has the see thru back, and it's really a nice looking movement.
My Russian collection has grown from 0 about a month ago, to 4 now. If the Sun ever comes out again, I think I'll do a group photo! And maybe do some with my Speedmaster Pro.......to celebrate 2 space watches!
Thanks for the kind words guys!
I just finished my Thanksgiving dinner, and I think I need a nap,...Hope you have a Great Thanksgiving too Marc............and you have a Great day too Steve.
    Regards Sonny

Sonny - I admire your priorities. Strela first, then shoes (or not)

Congrats on a great watch and it looks outstanding with that bracelet!! It looks great on a strap too, though.

That's Gorgeous, the white dial really shows the detail. I love the texture of the sub dials. There's been a couple of time I've looked at mine, and thought there was a smudge on the crystal, but it was the texture of the subs, next to the shiny gleam of the smooth dial. I've already decided, I want a White dial too.
