    A new brand of 'German' watch.

    Yes, you guessed the movement, but note the '17 jewels' on the dial. Are they trying to fool us into thinking they're using a reconditioned Schild? :-S

    In fairness, the seller describes the movement as 'calibre 2612.1' (no brand) even though it is not marked anywhere on the watch. there is no claim of it being 'Swiss' either.

    By the way, at 47mm this one is even bigger than the Poljot Russian Aviator!

    The should stop using babblefish for translation help...

    "THIS IS A WATCH" would have been a better name in my opinion. :-S

    If it was labeled as such, I would be inclined to buy it :-D I guess it's like Maserati calling their premium product 'Quattro Porte'.

    If this watch could be had cheap enough, it might have potential as a project watch; with all that useless space around the movement, there is the potential to install some kind of resonating device to make the alarm louder.
