I can't read Cyrillic, but i think this was a commemorative watch relating to a Soviet expedition of the Anarctic... the shape is consistent with the south pole.
:thanks jean-luc. I wonder why Boctok made this dial. It had to be place of a great importance. If so, then I wonder if there are other dials, for other significant places as well. :think: Question generates more questions.
