    Flying J?

Ok, I had such a good and accurate response last time, I have another trivia watch question for all you eagle eyed collectors. This watch is also one I can't ID, it has no name, just the 'Flying J' you see in the pics, and the caseback badge is unusual in that the Logo was over some weird base metal that corroded away, leaving it very far from the caseback. I'm thinking of filling this in with some coloured resin or something. Anyhow, any ideas what this watch is? The movt is an FHF 72. Once again, my apologies for the crappy pix.

Moving this to the Vintage Forum for better response. Looks like it's from the 1950s to me.

If I had to hazard a guess, I would say it's a Jovial.

And it just keeps growing, yet I've got a ton I probably should unload...

Absolutely. Bang on. I had a look on the web and that's what it is, although I've never heard of it. I love this place! In reference to the other reply I got, I think the Vintage Forum might have been a better place to put this, but I'm a noob. This little watch will get a thorough resto. Thanks to all that took the time to look and ponder...
