Help me regarding some old pocket watch

As the title says I would like to know more about the watch my late grandfather gave me.

Its a gold pocket watch, on the front side where the clockhands ( sorry if that is the wrong term ) there is name of company, it says Schild Frères & Co
on the front cap its probably written how heavy it is ( 56/14k/0.585) in some shield , also there are SFC letters and number 107 under then.
On the back side there are 6 images ( medal like ) and it is written GRAND PRIX anere de Precision and on back cap same ( 56/14k/0.585) numbers with SFC letter but this time there is a longer number
    1643107.

I know images talk more then words ad I will try to provide them, but id someone knows anything I would be grateful, like value, age and things like that.

    Thanks!

All we can tell you is that it's solid 14k gold; pictures will help us give you more. Watches with those medals are usually from anywhere between 1880 and 1920; you didn't tend to see them as much otherwise. The medals represent prizes that the company won at (usually) various expositions and observatory competitions, but are really nothing more then advertising (kinda like Honda showing pictures of race cars in their show rooms). Unless it's a fancy/complicated watch, the main value of it will be the gold content. We won't be able to tell you much about value, but we can give you enough background information to be able to get your own ideas.

Sounds like an early 20th century watch. Schild Freres is the earlier name for Eterna.
