Hey Everyone
I picked up this watch and the only info I found was that Waltham/Invicta merged for a couple years and have not been able to find any pics or anymore info for any watches with both markings, any help would be appreciated.

They didn't "merge" per sae. In North America, the rights to the "Invicta" trade name as well as the "Waltham" and "Elgin" trade names were licensed to "Electronic Research Company, Division of Textron". At the time, "Waltham" was still a half-decent and well-recognized name in North America (only other watch on the moon, even if it wasn't "official"!), so that's probably why it got top billing.
