Need some Advise on trading

I would like to trade these watches for something else either newer or vintage (would all depend on what strikes my fancy). What I don't know is about what value should I place on these items.

Vintage Invicta triple date...rather small...case a little larger than a quarter...runs but needs serviced. Day and month hard to read (dirty?)

Vintage LeJour chrono...runs but needs serviced...chrono functions work...missing both buttons and crystal.

Vintage Zitura was NOS when purchased and has been on the wrist maybe twice since...absolutely prestine.
