I missed the chance to get one of these a few weeks ago and was able to get this one for $20.49 and free shipping. I read about the Helbros brand before I bought it, and know they aren't thought of too highly in general, but it's in good shape and I like the looks of it. It's one of the 17 jewel Swiss made HXW movements and has been keeping good time so far. I assume it's from the 50's, and looks to have radium lume, but don't know how to go about dating it:

1950 is about right. I have 70 Helbros. Invincible is a better quality Helbros. As a major retailer then they had stores in many large U.S. cities so had a wide range of qualities. Mine like this is slightly different 17j later model.
