Love the blue one, Malyel. For those already with a black 3 hand or GMT, it would compliment their collection.

Nice drawings as usual, Cannon! The problem is that as much as many people want a 7750 version, not very many would spend $1500 or more on one from us.

Keep the nice looking dial something like Cannon sketched out, put in a Ronda quartz chrono movement. Ocean7's other quartz chronos, like the G2, good looking as they were, were common cases used by other manufacturers. I agree that the price differential between a $1500 7750 movement and a $500 Ronda quartz is too big to ignore. Besides, it's about time quartz got to wear some fancier singular to Ocean7 clothes.
I need to see beauty somewhere when I can’t see it elsewhere.
+ and this is perhaps just me, I've become a bit jaded with the power of ETA mechanical movements on the industry. Good quartz movements have been relegated to the back of the bus where they shouldn't be, and this has been reflected in the cheap case and dial with which they've often been paired. The LM-5 case and dial is unique, and worthy of a good quartz movement. Bring it on.

The last comments make sense from a realistic look at the sales prospects of quartz vs mechanical versions. We could make a big date version using the Ronda 5020, or we could use the 5021.
What colors would you like? We can probably offer two choices, possibly three. We can also save money by using K1 (gorilla glass) for the insert and crystal, but we have never done that and personally I'd rather spend something extra for sapphire.
If we start now or very soon, delivery will be around September. I think we can use the existing LM-5 case mold, but that is yet to be confirmed.

Is there enough dial realestate to use a big date?
I would go with a traditional black dial with black sub-dials as well as a panda type dial. You may want to entertain a blue version of the panda dial.
Hummm, I didn't know that anyone was doing this? Are they? What has been the experience from a manufacturer's and consumer's point of view?
Marcin
I assume the big date would be tricompax subdials and the date at twelve? Might be nice. Otherwise the regular date will also be succesful.
I agree that all black, black with white subdials, and blue dial with white subdials would be a good selection. I also like the 1-12 bezel a lot (never understood count up bezels on a chronograph....count down maybe...but not up).
Keep the RPMs in the green

I like the 2 eye chrono with the big date like WnS shown.
