Guys. Just thought id clarify. The Ronda5020 that Mitch is considering is a 12h chrono with 2 subdials. The left subdial has both a minute and hour hand. Form and function :)

On leave 'til mid June to finish a degree I hate in order to do something I like.
Pictured: Lum-Tec M23
Have: Android Infini Tungsten, Casio Oceanus OCW-S100-7AJF, Fossil Wallet, Ocean 7: LM-5 Black / LM-5 CQ Blue,
Orient Star: Classic (White) / Retrograde (Rose Gold), Oris Diver Date (Blue),
Sea-gull Dress Watch, Seiko Orange Monster, Steinhart: Nav B Chrono II / Ocean 2 Blue,
TAG Heuer Aquaracer Chronotimer.
Grail: Blancpain Fifty Fathoms
Great mockups malyel - love the all black version. How would the watch look with a coke/pepsi bezel? first 15 minutes in red. Should be a little reminiscent of the gmt variant.

Thanks for adding that, I had no idea. I thought that only Omega utilized the minute/hour hand on a subdial. IMO the last two drawings by Cannon using two subdials are brilliant, both the black and white dials. wow.
A brilliant design of a watch, which I feel this LM-5 chronograph can be, is important--takes precedence--over whether it's powered by a mechanical movement or a good quartz, which I consider Ronda to be. Sapphire crystal, please.

A quartz movement would make sense to keep costs down. However, if you really want an auto chronograph why not consider the Selitta SW500. I do believe that Seiko makes an auto chronograph as well. Either one of these would be a good option and keep the cost down.
Just my 2 cents.
