Breitling Service Problem

OK, I'm going to rant to you guys because you might understand my frustration.
Six weeks ago I drove to Breitling USA in Wilton, CT to drop off my Montbrillant Olympus for service. It was making a clicking sound when winding the crown. The watch worked fine, it was always a few minutes fast but other than that all the functions works perfectly. BUSA said that they would perform a full service and fix the clicking sound which wasn't normal. All of this was being performed under the original warranty since the watch is less than two years old.
I received the watch back today from BUSA only to find out that the clicking sound is still happening but EVEN WORSE NONE OF THE FUNCTIONS WORK. The date doesn't change, the day doesn't change, the month doesn't change, and the moon doesn't move. The only way to change the functions is to change it to manually change them by pressing the corresponding pin.
I was told that I would need to speak with a Breitling technician tomorrow before sending it back, they said it's impossible that the functions wouldn't work since it is tested at their facility prior to being returned to me. Well it IS possible because it doesn't $*#)%*#)@ work.
Why would this happen? Does anyone have a suggestion or have had a similar experience with Breitling? I hope they will take it back and fix it; does their repair service have a guarantee?
