Re: breitling watch original and has problem salt water ? help

It looks real enough to me.
Why has water (salt or otherwise) got into the watch? Could be a whole host of reasons....old, perished seals, crown out of position, push pieces used under water.
As far as repairing it goes, where did the owner get the repair estimate from? Breitling?
Who can tell what lurks beneath that already very tired looking dial? The movement could be completely shot, it needs a new dial and hands. Perhaps just the case and bracelet are the only things that can be saved.
Is it worth it? Only you can decide.
Or, wait for another one to come up for sale.
    Cheers,
    Capt

    hello, thats me again.

today i want to buy the watch , but i really not sure. i have very ggod pdf file with the face of the watch.

the goldplating inside (3 chrono windows is not flat, the gold leaf is slightly wrinkled.) the clock is Haevy.

the closure of the watch band is in the inside of something dirty or not polished. the goldleaf is in good condition and looks real. I thought the inside would be polished ( lock )

if somebody help send me BM , i send you orginal pdf document
