    Thank you all and I hope the best to you in return. Looking forward to the Turkey but my eye is on my wife's Snickers Cheesecake. New recipe for her but her cheesecake is always over the top.

    Happy Tgiving. I was in charge of the Turkey this time (Long Story).

    Anyway did not pull it out to thaw until around noon.

    Its still cooking, LOL...

    should be ready around 10pm.....

    at least we have the stoli and cranberry pn hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
