    My first $1000+ watch

From the time I was interested in watch collecting, I always wanted to buy a Breitling - Always saw myself as a Breitling guy.

After selling my Hamilton, ORIS and a vintage Omega I gathered enough money to fund my $1000+ watch. I was browsing eBay one night and saw a SuperOcean pop up in mint condition and pulled the trigger.

Absolutely stunning and immediately noticed the difference in weight and quality from the watches that I have owned previously. Totally in love with this one.

Yep, couldn't be happier. I took it to Tourneau when it arrived to check if it requires service. They pressure tested and put it on timegrapher. Passed the pressure test and timegrapher showed that it is still running within COSC specifications...saved the service cost which they informed would be approx. $500.

I salute you! Picked this gem up last week! Had been fully serviced by Breitling two years ago and the owner never wore again. Still had the stickers on it! These watches are classics to me!
