Super Avenger Blacksteel is here!!! {modems beware}

Not a normal Sunday afternoon for me today. Started the day with a Tesco's home delivery of food. A quick snack, and then a trip of to the local AD

After seeing the Blacksteel yesterday in my local AD, I went back today. And what mistake that was....mistake for the bank balance!! After some uneventful and unsuccessful haggling on my part, I crumbled, and took possession of a Super Avenger Blacksteel

And I can't really put in to words what a watch it is.....so I'll say it in pics

As for a talking point, oh yeah, this thing is going to get people talking. At work, people already have taken the "Michael" with regard to my 2 other purchase this year (Sinn & Benarus) . They just don't seem to appreciate fine watches, and the cost of them. They are going to have a field day when I have this on tomorrow.......

It's all in jest, but some of them will just not believe the price.....should I tell them that is....I think I will start a guessing game tomorrow, see who gets closest

Very nice indeed, I'm after one myself, however, if I go ahead and buy it without selling my Cosmonaute first I think I'd wake up with no limbs to put a watch on! Hopefully someone will take my Cosmonaute off my hands and enable me to buy one!

Come to think of it, how much did you pay for it? They are retail now at £3700 the last time I saw one..

I paid a meagre sum of £3200 - ordered a long time ago too.. lucky I got low'ish number, not that it make it any more desireable....
