You're talking about the Superocean Heritage? I almost bought one today, ended up going an entirely different route (more to post later...) The SOH is very nice. Alas, the 46mm was a bit too big, the 42mm too small, and the 44mm only comes in a chrono; the chrono had pushers that were too long, and at $6k was out of my budget...
But the SOH is a cool watch, love the mesh bracelet. I was looking at the white dial/black bezel. FYI, best price from an AD I was offered was $3600 out the door. Came close, bought a Longines instead.

That is simply fantastic!
Stratocasters Rock!
It works perfectly for Heritage.
I am usually not fan of mesh bracelet but honestly, it has turn hate to love. Which is rare for me.
It is a classic but very versatile watch. Only other choice I would take is the planet ocean.
Current collection: Oris F1 <<-- used to be daily wear, but now in winder
Ball Engineer II Diver <-- wear on occassions
Seiko Sumo <--- just nice to have a Japanese watch in the collection
Beautiful watch and I love the mesh.. but the green bezel simply doesn't do it for me, makes me think 50th Anniversary Submariner. I'd go with the black bezel instead

One of my all time favorite watches!!
I saw the one in Switzerland in a window last week. I have to say its the only Breitling that I like. Previously I thought they were far too bling ...only designed for Russians (no offence) but this watch on mesh is bling with some class, thumbs up from me. The retro white/cream dial with black is very nice.
I personally love it, I am looking for something New, Big, Expen$ive and Green!
I think it would be an excellent purchase if you could find it at the 4-5k mark. and yea, the Retro white/cream - Black is very easy on the eyes..
