Anonimo must pay attention to the forums. Should have it back in a week and a half. Very happy how this is all working out.

Too bad you had to exert so much effort.
I wonder how long they would have left you hanging had you NOT called and started discussing here?
Hope your watch comes back to you, soon and I hope they get the lume to stay put this time.

Just an update. Watch was delivered back to me last Friday, looking as good as ever. Stoll & Co. did a great job.

I do know Anonimo US monitors this forum so they may have saw this. Glad to hear things are back rolling. Having owned a half dozen Italian motorcycles about a dozen Italian watches and a few other things that came from Italy I generally feel you have to have a good sense of humor when it comes to Italian goods with regards to parts and service. Seems like you always need them in August.

Dealing with anyone in Europe in August is a waste of time. :)

So I thought I'd chime in on the outstanding service provided by Stoll. They received my watch on July 27th for a crown replacement and shipped it back to me on Aug 8th all repaired and pressure tested. While this was a minor repair, I think they actually uncased the entire movement as a speck of dust I had under the crystal is now gone. Less than 2 weeks for a watch service? It really can't get better than that. With the exception of my Sinn watches, I think I will be using Stoll for routine servicing for my mechanical watches.

Please...the forum had nothing to do with it...Anonimo isn't monitoring this forum - think they might have some other more pressing issues/problems to deal right now than an impatient customer. (Send any other brand in for service, see how long it takes...and Stoll does a LOT of repairs, not just Anonimo's).

Consider yourself very fortunate you didn't have to send it back to Italy!!

I also used Stoll for Warranty Service...excellent results, but took a while too. Hard to know if it's truly Anonimo's fault, and not Stoll's? I also supposedly had to wait a while for authorization though...but wouldn't think to post it on a forum.Already enough folks unwilling to buy their Anonimos from AD's.

Glad you got it back perfect on the first try (second poster too)...not always the case with other brands.
