DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR FROGMANS TO CASIO SINGAPORE service centre (A.K.A. DESTROYERS)

Ok so i took my MIY frogman for a battery change after it died on me...

To my horror, CASIO SINGAPORE destroyed my bezel and there are even preying marks found. I BELIEVE THEY WERE NOT TRAINED AT ALL as the change was fast and i doubt they even tested the pressure and water resistance.

P.S. fellow Singaporeans my advice would be to send your frogmans back to Casio Japan if there is ever a need.

    Look what the destroyers did:

    I want a new bezel!!!!

    no cheers this time round!!!

    Hi DJ,

I complained and they attempted to search for a spare bezel to compensate me.

However it took awhile and I got pissed off, after which i told them to just give me back my watch as I know its a limited edition and long sold out.

The lady went back in to collect my watch and came out smiling sarcastically saying that there is no more stock. (DUH!!!!)

I wanted to take the issue up to the management. However what can they do? Its a 8200 frogman!!!! No longer produced!!!

    cheers~

Damn Surprised that it impacted the bezel... pure shoddy service I'd recommending writing a note of complaint to Casio Singapore, copied to Casio Japan.=!

    Hey SKy,

I would still complain like mad to management. No way would I let them get away with something like that without apologising and providing some kind of compensation. Apology minimum. Replacement bezel at the least, even if it is "out of stock", they should still find one. It's their moral duty.

No, I think they thought they needed to take off the bezel to change the batt.

    What a terrible job.

I'm assuming you didn't pay to have your watch damaged?
