[QUOTE=wuyeah;5114111]Do you mean these? A-158 and Databank still in production.

The ones posted by wuyeah is current and metal (of course even what is considered as metal can be subjective to a WIS). We may need to define what we mean by "all metal" here
My wife has both plus a few more. The databank does have a plastic front for buttons so that might not qualify but the other is metal. She likes to wear them like a retro accessory. They were quite cheap. I find them a little feminine and I won't wear them. The Seiko ones look quite good though.
I think the Casio website might be a helpful place to seek an answer to this question IMHO...

I'd call the MTG's "enamel painted resin with metal trim" -- and they look like crap when the paint starts chipping off the plastic. I'm going to start saving some of the pictures I find on Ebay, but here's one for sale now: Casio MTG900 Atomic Solar Powered G-Shock Mens Stainless Watch Wave Ceptor 200m | eBay
I have both the A158/A168 and the DB610 which are current models and they are all plastic cases. The A158 has a chrome look coating while the DB610 has a matte look metal coating but none of the retro look classics have a metal case. The only metal bit is the backplate and the bracelets. I have also looked at the DB310 in a local shop and it's also plastic with a metal look coating.
The MTG's are built like standard G-Shocks, full resin case with a metal bezel and resin bezel surround. In all honesty I think the heft that I like so much in the MTG model comes entirely from it's bracelet.
I went back and checked my wife's retro watches, dobber72 is correct, they are actually plated plastic... Had me fooled! Well I never actually took a good look... so, I was wrong to assume they were all metal and now stand corrected...
Pic of my wife's retro watches (she has a couple more silver ones not in the pic)... I don't ask why she needs so many retro watches and she never asks why I need so many G-Shocks...

The first one is very pretty :)
For me a little too high price for just a metal case though, but thanks for info. I now ordered 3 classic Casios from Amazon (2 as a backup). I'm the kind of guy who who almost always has his watch on, even in shower. After 2 years of use, my old one has the chrome paint starting to peal off revealing the black case material, not a nice sight :(
