GW-3000BB-1AJF Just In!

Having had the orange G1200B-1A for a while now, I have always wished it was white on black rather than orange. I think that a black and white combination provides the best contrast for legibility. So, I just had to have the GW-3000BB-1A. Rather than continue waiting for a non-atomic version which might never come (and because we can’t receive the sync signal where I'm at), I purchased it online from Japan. The watch is a Japanese model with the JF model code suffix. My order was processed smoothly. I paid on Monday and received it just after lunch today, Thursday, care of FedEx.

I'm not the first on the forum to have one of these. I think we're at least another two out there but with a US version released I'm sure there'll be more.

Now, I think I want the blue one as well even though I don’t like the bracelet it comes on… Uh-oh, I haven't even had this watch for a day and I'm already thinking about my next fix…

I have the blue one and have to say it's amazing. You can always buy the original resin band and put it on instead of the bracelet, and I've seen one going for around $10 on amazon. If you want pictures of the bracelet just ask.

Thanks for the great pics! Now I'm torn between the one you just got and the GW-3000B-2AJF which I like because of the red and yellow accents. Of course, both are only available from Japan.... too many choices!

Just in the door from KL this afternoon, spent four days in the city and the only watch I wore for the trip was my GW-3000BB-1AJF, very legible in all conditions, and while I was there I got a smoking deal on one of Suunto`s top of the line Elementum`s, got to love KL
