Fantastic pics Chris! And indeed the green is the most photogenetic of the trio. I might be tempted to get that one as well later on.

    Re: GW4000's

Now it's my turn to add some words and pics of my newly delivered GW-4000.

I purchased it from Nalevi.it for an awesome price (eur 235 incl S&H) and received the watch within 1 (!) day in The Netherlands. Together with the perfectly complete&quick feedback by email and neat packaging, I higly recommend this online seller. Just absolute perfection! I don't use these words lightly, I can assure you.

On the watch itself...it's so much better looking in real life than from the online pics...it looks awesome, very beautiful watch indeed!

    - The dial and hands are really nice and make the face much more legible compared to the GW-3000 (Jon you were dead on)
    - The pushers are much easier to operate than the ones on the GW-3000
    - Solar panel visibility...barely...I even like the light honeycomb-structure look :)
    - The strap is very soft...very nice, and it fits my arm like a glove...this watch was tailor-made for me.
    - I'm also liking the fact that it's sitting a bit less high on the arm than the GW-3000.
    - The orange accents, like I thought, are beautiful and really highlight the watch.

All 'n all I must admit I didn't think it was possible, but the GW-4000 is a definate big step-up from the GW-3000. I am a happy bunny

Now on to some quick pics...let me know if anyone needs more specific pics.

    Re: GW4000's

At the moment I'm between the green highlights and the white highlighted resin band watch. I haven't seen any good shots of the face of the white one as it is slightly different to the bracelet model. Does anyone have any? I am leaning more towards the green but I'm really liking the very minimal markings on the -1ER. Plus the resin banded white watch seems to be the rarer one, lots for sale but no body seems to want to buy them!
