Wasn't too sure on this one when I got it but its really grown on me, love the gold metal bits as a change.

What are your thoughts?

Yeah Its an old sample model from Casio Japan, convinced our timepiece guy to let me keep it so not sure how many of them were in production or if there still around

I have the referee model and I love the clear large digits.

I really like the display, the digits are large and clear and there's nothing superfluous.

I'm not too keen on the font used on the face though, or the fact that it says 'Referee Timer' on it.

I wish I'd bought one when they were really (they were cheaper than DW-5600Es at one point) cheap.

yeah I definately agree with the font on the referee timer. But overall a nice clean watch. Well worth it if it was cheaper than the DW5600E!

The funny font I was thinking of is on the coloured versions-the ones with the equally unappealing resin/leather straps. And the 'Referee Timer' text is quite small.

Alright, I've convinced myself. Just ordered one
